12. SPECIAL MENTION :
I) In PCRA As in-charge, I introduced a weekly T. V. Serial and a weekly Radio Serial on energy conservation for mass awareness. Revamped Energy Audits and created a data base thereof. Expanded the scope of Conservation Research many-folds. Initiated policies and programs for the ministry on Bio Diesel. Was a member of EC and GB of BEE and advisor on their scheme of Energy efficiency examinations.
II) In NCW, studies in detail the pattern of crime against women in Maharashtra & Bihar, Ran a weekly column in Hindi News Paper for legal advice on question of women. Initiated many legal Amendments for justice to women and reprsented NCW in the UN meeting on CEDAW.
III) As Collector, Sangli & MD, WMDC, I have successfully implemented a project for economic rehabilitation of Deodasis (nearly 150 Deodasis were given vocational training, Production centre and their own co-operative Society which is still running under the guidance of WMDC from Sangli and Kolhapur districts)
IV) As Commissioner, Nashik and Settlement Commissioner, I have introduced complete office Computerisation, office systematisation and simplification of office procedure.
V) As Settlement Commissioner, I introduced computerisation of land records and maps.

I write on current topics, administration, education, popular science, children literature.
BOOKS – 9 Marathi, 16 Hindi  and nearly 800 articles

14. Tryst with TV and AIR
Conceptualised and produced 250 TV episodes and 350 AIR episodes on Energy Conservation. A few more on Naturopathy,  Devdasi Rehabilitation Program and
BhagawadGeeta (from the angle of work efficiency and energy conservation)

15 Regarding Sanskrit -- Proficiency upto Graduation level. Informal training with My father Dr Balram  S Agnihotri -- a Professor of Sanskrit and Philosophy at Mithila Research Institute Darbhanga, Bihar. Sampoorna Bhagawadgeeta Mukhodgat. In Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, I was chairman of RC from July, 2008 to July, 2011. Chief Patron of Kaushalam Trust Pune ( website  http://www.kaushalamtrust.com ).
